By accessing or using Voidlist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To access certain features of Voidlist, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When submitting a server to Voidlist, you agree that:

• You are the owner or an authorised representative of the server
• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• Your server complies with Mojang's Terms of Service and EULA
• Your server does not contain or promote illegal content
• You will not submit duplicate listings

We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion without notice.

Voidlist provides a voting system to allow players to support their favourite servers. You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to cast votes
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent vote cooldowns
• Encourage or incentivise others to vote fraudulently
• Manipulate the ranking system in any way

Accounts found to be engaging in vote manipulation will be permanently banned and affected server rankings may be adjusted or removed.

You agree not to use Voidlist to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape or harvest data without our written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Voidlist offers optional paid premium features for server owners. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a feature you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rated refund.

All content on Voidlist, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Voidlist or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Voidlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service at any time. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or practices of any Minecraft server listed on our platform. Use of any server found through Voidlist is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voidlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Voidlist at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
